Fernando Santiago presents the Outcome Driven Organization at PMI Global South American Tour

Fernando Santiago was, for the third time, invited to speak at the PMI Global South American Tour, in Lima Peru. The Lima Chapter is the largest in the region, with more than one thousand members. The Symposium draw over five hundred participants and was presided by Sunil Prashara, President and CEO of PMI.

Fernando explained to the PM professionals attending how to prepare for the change in perspective in project and portfolio management, from delivery of scope to realization of business and financial outcomes. His presentation was a preview of the content of the book The Outcome-Driven Organization, obtaining great feedback and recognition by attendees and organizers.
