ValueViewer
ValueViewer is the dashboard that displays the information available in BRMTool, so you can assess where you are “putting your chips”, the investment decisions on projects base don return and risk. It also tracks the return of the overall portfolio and the split between operational and transformational investments.
ValueViewer is a true dashboard, as opposed to other solutions that present a list of projects that need to be scanned by executives to find those that need attention. ValueViewr reverses this process: presents the information to executives in an intelligent way, so they can quickly identify projects that need attention, and drill down to as much detail as they need.
The value of the portfolio is presented in different views. Investment and financial indicators of return -NPV, IRR- are presented for all projects, by stage (i.e. in planning, execution), by performance -i.e. projects reporting green- and by risk -delivery and benefit risk.
